The Smartboss trial is completely free with no obligations. We do not ask for any payment details from you until you are ready to subscribe.
Payment is taken on a monthly basis through a direct debit and includes free upgrades and support. There is no contract and you can cancel at any time.

There are two options for users – Simple Smartboss and Super Smartboss.
Simple Smartboss
This option gives you full access to the Smartboss software. By selecting this option you get an easy to use bookkeeping system and a customer and prospect management system (Customer Relationship Management) combined into one user friendly package. Also included are free training videos and technical support.
After the trial period is over if you wish to continue using Smartboss you will have to fill in a direct debit and will be charged £19.95 + VAT per month

Super Smartboss
This option gives you everything that is included in Simple Smartboss plus you also get your own dedicated online mentor to guide you and your business. Our mentors all have many years of experience working with Start Up and Existing Businesses. By selecting Super Smartboss you get your own highly skilled business consultant to guide you.
With Super Smartboss you are granting one of our business mentors permission to access your Smartboss account. The mentor will provide you with a short report on your business covering areas such as finances, marketing and general management. This report will be emailed to you on a monthly basis.
You will also get a 15/20minute Skype or Phone Call with your mentor to discuss the content of the emailed report or to discuss and other issues that you may have.
Also included is access to monthly conference calls chaired by an expert on various hot topics of the day.
If you want Super Smartboss you will be charged a total of £39.95 + VAT per month which is paid by direct debit.
Like Simple Smartboss there is no contract with Super Smartboss and you move between the two options as often or as little as you like depending on your circumstances.

Setup Instructions
  • Now that you have entered your email address and password you are ready to use Smartboss.
  • Enter or change your company details on the "My Settings" page and click on "Submit" to update.
  • Click on the Smartboss Logo above to start using the system.
  • The 1st time you use Smartboss set up your financial categories. We have sent an easy to follow guide telling you how to your email address.
  • In the system use the "Help" tab at the top right of the screen to contact our help desk or to view training videos on how to use Smartboss.
  • Click on "Log Out" at the top right of the screen when you want to exit Smartboss.
