Smartboss is a subsidiary of Dungannon Enterprise Centre which is a not for profit organisation.

Dungannon Enterprise Centre has been helping new businesses Start Up and existing businesses Grow for over 20 years. Dungannon Enterprise Centre also delivers programmes such as “Exploring Enterprise”, “The Go For It Programme” and “The Growth Programme” on behalf of Invest Northern Ireland.

From our experience of working with these businesses we often found that business owners struggled with bookkeeping and managing their customers and prospects. We also found that the software available was complicated to use and didn’t have both Bookkeeping and Customer Relationship Management in the one package.

To make it easier for business owners to manage all parts of their business in the one place we created a user friendly system aimed at business owners not accountants. Smartboss.

 At Smartboss our mission is simple:

This software package will allow business owners to manage all parts of their business in one place and gives them live information so they can make better decisions to aid their company. Our software will constantly be improved based on feedback from our customers.

 

·         By providing online mentoring. The online mentoring will be done by experienced qualified mentors who have been working with all types of businesses over the years.

As we are a not for profit organisation any surplus made from Smartboss will be reinvested into the company to improve our offering to our customers.
